Liquid began operations in 2003 as a small valuation consultancy specialising in the provision of valuations for financial reporting and insurance purposes and mainly for Government. Within the first 12 months of operations Liquid had secured the large portfolio valuations of South Australia’s Department of Transport and Infrastructure and Tasmania’s Department of Education setting the path for future growth and expertise.
Since 2003 Liquid has expanded its services into property management, sales and leasing and in recent years, asset management and land economics.
Liquid’s valuation and property advisory division continues to grow and we have valued and advised on assets worth in excess of $200bn.
Liquid now has offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide and Perth enabling full national coverage for large portfolio projects but also the opportunity to provide local and intimate specialised needs.
